Kfc - Immokalee

You can't go wrong with the chicken pot pies at KFC. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, although the service was a bit slow. Nonetheless, I'll definitely be returning!

I ordered two chicken bowls through Door Dash about 45 minutes before closing time. When the food arrived, I noticed that both bowls were completely missing the chicken. I called the restaurant to address the issue, but the first employee I spoke with struggled to understand me due to language barriers. A young male staff member took over the call, and I explained that our chicken bowls did not contain any chicken. He informed me that they had run out. I then asked why they hadn't called us, offered a refund, or suggested substitutions. Unfortunately, he hung up on me! I'm really frustrated with the lack of care from the staff here.

Ordered 2 chicken bowls. Received bowls with no chicken. When I called, I was told they ran out. When I wanted to know why they would send food out missing the meat, he hung up on me.

Didn't wait to long for food. Had to pay extra for bar b que sauce and wasn't in bag had ask for it after being charged. Hmm! Becareful with orders.

Horrible team and customer service. Didn’t give us our food, denied giving it to us because they said we had to return the order after we drove. They have a sign detailing if they make the order incorrectly the meal is free but wanted to charge me for two different meals.Pink haired manager and pierced face cashier in specific don’t know what they’re doing. I would not recommend this location to anyone else or anyone visiting the casino.
