Contribuiți la feedbackWe have walked past this little cafe every day this week looking at the menu but didn’t try it at risk of being disappointed. However, we did try it today and it really hasn’t disappointed at all. The lady was lovely and the man was nice too! So helpful and wanting to please. We ordered ham croquettes, prawns in oil and carpaccio. Unlike other restaurants where they give you everything at once, they actually brought one dish at a time allowing us time to enjoy each one. The food was fresh and tasted so good. It was presented like a posh restaurant with dashes of balsamic and oil to garnish. Although the view isn’t the best, there is plenty of outdoor seating. I have to say, out of 11 meals over the course of our holiday, this was by far the most enjoyable, relaxing and tasty!
I always dash to see Patrica as this homely, Freindly and amazing quality food and drink that is always made to order. I am happy to sit on her roadside terace watching the world go by or bring a bunch of mates post DJing to drink the fueled cocktails. This is the best place in ibiza for how ever i am feeling. YOU MUST GO!
First, I'll freely admit to bias here: the owner, Patricia, had made me feel at home in Ibiza Town like no on else. That's why I've eaten dozens and dozens of meals here, mostly breakfast, since my first visit when Es Gresol opened in summer 2009. The food is as basic as it gets, and the street view is far from high-fashion Ibiza, but the warm customer service makes it worth my many return visits.
I have went there a couple of times for my dinner break and I am always waly welcomed. The bartender is a really nice and friendly woman, food is nice and at reasonable prices.
Walking past Es Gresol you wouldn't think much of it. However if you stop for a refreshment, you'll be surprised. For what it lacks in decor (basic but not pretentious) it makes up for in the food which is all home-made. The guacamole and croquettes are a definite must. Other dishes change by the day. Sit outside and watch the world go by.
