Lola - Hvar

Don't miss out on visiting this restaurant when in Hvar! The atmosphere is fantastic, with great music and drinks!

The tofu Thai green curry is delicious! I will definitely return to try the falafels as they also looked good. We paid 400 kuna for 2 mains and 3 beers, which is around £45 in the UK. We arrived at around 7 pm and were able to get a table, but it may be busier later in the evening. I returned for a second visit and tried the poke bowl, which was also excellent! Overall, I was not disappointed. Updated review as of June 6, 2022.

I was pleasantly surprised by this find in Hvar. I had visited many street food places in Croatia before, but this was the first to offer a vegan curry. I was excited to try it, and it did not disappoint. The curry had a nice level of spiciness and a wonderfully creamy texture. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. However, I can only give this meal a 4/5 rating because the taste of the ginger lingered a bit too long after I finished eating, and the tofu was a bit bland as it was not smoked, baked, or fried.

I finished this curry and had to stop me from ordering another one immediately! so incredible, and such a great mood and friendly staff at this bar. a must visit when in hvar, especially when fighting for vegan options.
