Konoba Lambik Milna/hvar

Unfortunately a restaurant which do not accept guests. We arrived at 17:55, 5 minutes before opening. A plate at the front shows only for reservations. Nobody was in the restaurant. An unfriendly person told us that the restaurant is full and they do not accept guest. If the restaurant is only for locals they should tell this in the internet. We cannot recommend it and find another one much more friendly.

We were told this is one of the best restaurants in Hvar and it surely lived up to that. First thing you notice is the place itself. The atmosphere is beautiful, you are surrounded by olive trees and it gives a place such tranquility. Then, there is the food. There are no words to describe how good the food really was. Everything was fresh, the taste was just amazing. With every bite we took we were looking at each other in disbelief how good it really is haha. I also recommend to get their appetizers platter for 2 as you can also try a few different things. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly! If you get a chance, you should stop by here as well. You will not be disappointed and we will back next year for sure :

We had an amazing dinner here during our 3 day stay on Hvar. The restaurant is in a beautiful garden in Milan, is family owned and operated, uses local ingredients or those grown on their farm, and serves their own house wine. We had a combination of fish and meat (too much for 2 adults 1 child, but no regrets! . If you call ahead you can get their fish cooked on the grill in a “bell” which we’ll definitely order when we return.5 stars and will definitely return. Thank you for everything!
