Wingstop

Ordered online $186 for 125 wings. They forgot 3 large fries and 1 lg voodoo fry. I called the manager, she said it was our responsibility to check the order….. she packed the order and agrees they forgot all the fries…. I can drive up there and get them, we live out in the country so 38 min one way…. Do better wing stop

I've been here many times. There are times when the wait is not long, and a few times, the wait was a little bit longer. The staff are nice.

Order of wings was swapped out for chicken tenders because they ran out of wings? Would've at least liked to have been notified about it so we could've canceled the order. Took it since it was already made but tenders just aren't the same as wings... Place was messy and workers seemed unhappy to be there.

The BAD- Wingstop How is this place still in business? A complete waste of money. Placed $150+ order for pick up last night for a group of people, specifically asked about the 8 ranch dipping sauces that were to be included with our order and was directly told that they were in the bag and we couldn’t have any extra because “they were almost out” ?? Get all the way back home to find NOT ONE ranch in the bag and an entire order of wings missing. Call the store, spoke to the “supervisor” on shift, was told to drive BACK to the restaurant for that missing order of wings and the dipping sauces. DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK A SECOND TIME, for us to once again get home and find 2 small ranches and the 6 blue cheese. Let me just say, I am 8 months pregnant and absolutely 100% made it clear that they were to be RANCH. In the containers, they look the same, so no I did not open every container to make sure they were ranch before driving off a second time. Extremely frustrated and disappointed to say the least. Just how incompetent do you have to be? All that money and you can’t even get decent service. And I know, I was paying for convenience but damn. Literally the ranch is the best part of the meal majority of the time. 100 wings with no ranch, $150 dollars for soggy wings and fries, never again. And what can you do, big business at its best. Please don’t waste your money here. Signed, an angry, hungry, super pregnant woman. Why give a time when the order will be ready for pickup if it’s going to be 45 minutes past that time? Employees do nothing but goof around instead of actually doing their jobs! Sorry but “waiting on fries” doesn’t make up for soggy wings.
