The food was fantastic, and the beer cheese was delicious! Our waiter, Adrian, provided excellent service.

The restaurant was short-staffed, which seems to be the case at many places these days. However, the service was impressive given that they only had about five people working there. While we were dining, our food and drinks were overlooked for a bit, but our waitress wasn’t informed, so it took a few minutes for her to notice and address it. Overall, the experience was very good.

Ordering delivery from the website is no longer a reliable option. After I placed my order, I informed the restaurant that it was only partially correct. Not all of the items we ordered were disappointing, though. We got one burger and a dry steak, both of which were good. We also ordered a kids' meal with mac and cheese.

I ordered twirl rings. pretty good. thanks to the service was ok. bathroom was ok. not really busy, but waited about 20 minutes. probably short staff.

I've been to various locations of this chain over the years but only this location twice. Both times my experience has been pleasant, delicious, and welcoming. Both waitresses were very thorough, accurate, friendly, and demonstrated knowledge of menu items. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious burgers, bright environment and friendly staff!
