Kona Grill - Huntsville

My friends and I came here for prom, had a great time! Our server was very nice and attentive, and the food was great. She told us that the kitchen was running a bit behind, so we had to wait for a bit for our food, but I am glad that she informed us of it.

The food was excellent, it is just the customer service could have been better especially when it came to attentiveness to details. Our drinks were not refilled unless we initiated and we paid for desserts and did not receive them. I had a team of 4 catching flights and wanted to get them to the airport so didn’t address) This is still one of my go-to restaurants when I have business meetings, however customer experience has to stay consistent.

Terrible service. It took at least 30 minutes to get a drink. I ordered my next drink when my first drink was finally released. Never checked by the waitress. Food was quite goo, but absolutely terrible service / 0 attention from the service team.

Let me provide some feedback. The restaurant was only about 30% full. We waited a long time before our order was taken, and our drink orders also took a while to be fulfilled. The vegetables that were supposed to come with our meals did not arrive with the food. After waiting for 30 minutes, we had to ask for the vegetables. One person in our group ordered a coke, and another ordered a house wine during the meal, but neither drink arrived. We had to ask another staff member to check on the status. Overall, it was not a good experience.
