Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I had to wait 12 minutes after being seated before I could place my drink order. All the sauces and salad dressings tasted watered down. My grilled chicken salad was disappointing; I can't believe a salad could be messed up like that. Our waitress had a poor attitude, making it seem like we were just an inconvenience to her. I had to ask twice for water refills after my husband’s cup had been empty for 10 minutes. They weren’t even busy; our waitress only had one other table. We won't be returning to this restaurant.

I had a fantastic experience with the service. I took a seat at the bar and ordered a beer along with a smoke and pepper burger. Remarkably, my order arrived at my table just ten minutes later. This was, without a doubt, the quickest service I've ever experienced!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent! I’ll definitely return for another burger.

Our server was great! Food was great. Was a busy night so the food took a bit long to come but wasn’t too bad.
