Hardee's - Huntsville

They used to have the best biscuits and gravy, but I don’t know what’s happened—it’s just not the same anymore. The gravy is too lumpy and a bit too spicy for my taste. What happened to Hardee's? Is it the recipe that has changed or just the staff?

I had the breakfast platter with country ham, and it was excellent. The restaurant was quite busy on the day of my visit, but the service was prompt.

The food used to be excellent! However, the service is now rude, and the food comes out cold. The burger patty doesn’t even melt the cheese! I really hope this changes.

I'm amazed at the amount of bad reviews for this place. I'm from Ohio, and Hardee's blows away every other burger chain I've known. I've been at this location about a dozen times. The food is always great and the staff very cool. Breakfast and lunch, this is my go-to naughty food. Never disappoints! The only other burger joint I've been to this good is a small family owned shake shop that's only open during the summer and serves the local community with love. And Hardee's captured that!

My husband went inside to go get breakfast and the kid at the counter had no idea what he was doing. We told the cashier what we wanted and then asked us 3 more times what we wanted and he still got the order wrong. The menu says the super bacon combo is 8.49 but we were charged 9.99 for the combo. The kid also added an extra drink that we didn't want. The manager had to be called and asked to take off the drink since the kid didn't know how. We asked why we were charged more than what's on the menu and the manager just said oh they must have changed in the system but we forgot on the menu board. I told him that's a false advertisement and he still charged us the 9.99 even though it said 8.49. this is exactly why I don't go out to eat because people just do whatever they want and they hope customers do nothing.
