Nothing But Noodles - Huntsville

Not everything always goes smoothly, but how a situation is handled can make all the difference! I ordered a pan of pasta and a large salad for a class I was hosting, but unfortunately the salad dressings were missing. No problem, I quickly picked some up at Walmart. Surprisingly, shortly after, I received a thoughtful apology text from the restaurant offering to deliver the dressings! I had already bought some, so I declined the offer and thanked them. To my surprise, they also comped the entire salad from my bill as a gesture of goodwill. I was extremely impressed with how they resolved the issue without me even having to ask. Plus, the food was delicious. Top marks from me!

AWFUL lobster ravioli, it turned my stomach. Tasted fishy and the sauce did not complement the ravioli. Spaghetti was not bad, but the meatballs had a freezer burnt taste. The cheesy bread appetizer was ok at best. The girl taking the orders was very rude, and barely said 2 words. The place was clean, and the people bringing the food to the table were polite enough. I would recommend people avoid though.

We went to this Nothing But Noodles on lunch and my friend was ordering and she asked for fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, but before she paid, she changed her mind and asked if they could remove the chicken. They said they couldn’t, even though she hadn’t paid for it. So they charged her anyway and said they’d give her a refund. They didn’t. Her pasta didn’t have chicken on it. No refund. I went up there for her and was very polite about it. The manager said “she said it was fine”. I replied with, she didn’t want to stand up here another 20 minutes, but she didn’t get her refund, or her chicken she ended up paying for. She never said sorry once, to my friend, or me. She walked off, came back, and handed me $5 and didn’t say a word, even after I said thank you. Bad customer service.

The food was mediocre, lacking flavor in every aspect. The mozzarella cheese sticks were the standout, which says a lot. However, the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not match the price. Enter at your own risk. Rating: 2 out of 5.
