Contribuiți la feedbackMy family just moved to Texas and when we found our house in Huntsville, it was the first place we ate in exploring our new city. The food is absolutely top notch, the staff is always friendly and courteous, and without a doubt the best cookies around. We love to live in Huntsville and we love to eat in the Agriturismo.
So a unique place with a comfortable atmosphere of families, people from the church, and the general feeling of comfort from the staff as well. It was like at home with a quiet, peaceful and eclectic feeling from inside to outside. Beautiful views, fresh smells of Lake Livingston, the sounds of birds from a distance that leads to a place of peace. If this is not enough, every dish will be displayed well and tastes perfection! Thank you for sharing such a nice place with us. The Sharp Downs family
What an amazing place! Service was fantastic, eating phenomenal. We've stuffed and brought home with crates. More than worth the ride! We're coming back!
The staff was super (Emily our waitress) service was on point. Chicken fried steak was the best I ever had, the brown engraving was great, will try the white engraving next time, Kornbrot was brilliant. The decor was super sweet. The only negative was that the glasses were neblig/chipped. We'll be back soon.
Found this little place just by chance. Would have marked 5 stars but the service was lacking, they had plenty of waitresses in the place and were very friendly. I sat for a long period of time waiting for a refill of these amazing broccoli cornbread rolls. OMG, hidden under the normal breads, is this amazing broccoli cornbread, and when I say amazing, I don't typically like cornbread... As far as the meal, I have nothing bad to say, steak used in the 2 entrees we had were seasoned well, and cooked to perfection. The slaw was a good mix of sweet but not too sweet. The fried okra was a bit disappointing, lacked crunch, but seemed to be homemade. The gravy on the country fried steak was great, and the wife ate all of the country fried steak, so it must have been good. I had this Montreal Steak... Like fajita meat with cheese and peppers and onions.... It was really good as well. Then we had desert... Y'all I think this place is really known for its pies and cakes. We had the strawberry pie, and let me tell you, it's out of this world. They had a poppy seed lemon cake, bit it was out at the time... We are going to try it next time. Definitely a diamond in the rough in the middle of Huntsville TX, but worth the stop! I just wish our waitress was a bit more observant. As a bonus, they do recognize veterans... Believe it was 10%, which was nice as well. We will be back.
