Burger King - Huntsville

I'm currently here and it's 20 minutes until closing, but no one is answering the drive-thru! I understand that finding workers can be challenging, but this is just unacceptable! Burger King really needs to reconsider the entire evening crew from 7/1/22!

The service is quick, and the staff is both professional and very friendly. The food is consistently served hot and accurately prepared. Keep up the fantastic work!

The ice cream machine was out of order, the icy machine was also not functioning, and my order was incorrect. It seems like they really need to get organized and find a better repair service.

Lobby was closed so we ate our food in the parking lot. My grand kids wanted shakes. But they didnt have any this day. I was rewarding them for being on AB honor roll. This was the place they chose to go to.

I am giving them a Five (5) because, they were looking out for my Family. This the one on University in Huntsville, Alabama. They are Excellent Employees! They noticed that he was watching my granddaughter waiting by the door to snatch her. Please be careful with your children running out from you. TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES OF ANY FAST FOOD PLACE THANK YOU AND WE LOVE YOU! WHERE WOULD WE BE WITHOUT THOSE TRUE BLUE! A Loving Grandmother!!!!???
