Tumby's Pizza - Huntington Park

Delicious pizza...even though they mest up my order the food is still good...they just need to train their worker alot more.

The food is good. The employees that I have encountered do not appear to be educated in customer service. It appears as if they do not want to be there working. The Tumby's on Figueroa and Manchester or the one on Western between Manchester and Florence display way more customer service and are way more inviting.

This was, without a doubt, one of the least enjoyable pizzas we've ever had. When we first brought it home and tasted it, we thought it was just mediocre, but it quickly went downhill from there. Each bite turned out to be more bland than the last. To give you an idea, my 14-year-old son, who usually devours half a large pizza in one sitting, only managed to eat two slices before refusing any more. The chicken wings were just as flavorless. I wouldn’t go back, even if they were the last pizza place in town. If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would.

Their pizzas are truly exceptional. This is my go-to place for pizza. When I order in person, the staff is always friendly, and I usually get my order fairly quickly, considering it has to be baked. However, I've had a lot of issues when ordering through UberEats. For some reason, they consistently mess up my orders. I've encountered problems multiple times—sometimes I even call the restaurant after placing an order through the app just to confirm that everything will be correct, but it never is. I've also tried ordering additional items and requesting substitutions for things I really wanted, but they often ignore my requests, even though I am paying a significant amount. It has reached a point where, if I'm hungry and craving pizza, I find myself turned off by the hassle and opt for something else instead.

I called the store to explain the situation, and they told me I should have returned to the store. I explained that the pizza was for a party for my daughter and that I was already home. All they said was, "Sorry, but next time bring it back." My response was that there won't be a next time—I will definitely double-check my order, as I can’t trust that I’ll get what I ordered.
