Papa Johns Pizza - Huntington Park

Tried calling 4 times with no answer each time, never received 4 extra sauce cups, and wasn't party cut

The new Calzone stuffed pizza was advertised to have herb ricotta in the cheese but the pizza I was given had none whatsoever only mozzarella.

I placed an order that they had on the window of the carry out special, but I could not add anymore toppings. Why not? I don't know. I placed the same order online, and it was taking it with extra topping. I know it is more money and I don't mind paying for more. I spoke to the assistant manager in charge at the time, and boy, she was rude. Papa John's doesn't have any checks and balances in place. I filed a complaint with the corporate office that referred it to the franchise. I received an email with the managers number and an apology. The manager wanted to talk to me, but it was just a lie. I called and texted the manager, and I never received a response. Papa John's is my favorite pizza when it comes to the competition between Pizza Hut or Domino's. This is the second time I have gotten bad management service. For this reason, they have lost a customer for life.

Call center times are completely off. I was told my order would be done in 15 minutes. I come in 20 minutes after and I still have to wait another 25
