El Gallo Giro - Huntington Park

I am consistently disappointed with this restaurant as they always make mistakes with my order. I specifically request no onions or cilantro, yet my food consistently comes out with both. When I bring it back to be remade, the staff becomes upset. Additionally, they seem bothered when I ask for extra salsa.

I purchased a variety of tamales from this restaurant and one was missing. It's possible for mistakes to happen, but when I called to inform them, the employee hung up on me before I had a chance to explain. I attempted to call back three more times, but she did not answer. This review is based on the poor customer service I received, in addition to the missing item. I recommend checking your order before leaving the restaurant, as it may not be worth the hassle of returning for a single tamale. The attitude of the employee may make you want to confront them in person.

I enjoyed the food at this restaurant, however, the staff and management are lacking. The staff mistakenly gave our food to individuals who had not placed an order, leading to them receiving a free meal. Despite our complaints to management (Manager Alvaro), no action was taken, as the individuals who took our food were still seated nearby enjoying their meal.

Food was good, the place isn't very clean and it feels a bit scary yet it was tasty the food!!!

Had the Torta Box and I have to say they were delicious????they even put some jalapeños asados for those that like to eat their food with a little heat. Do want to say thank you Misael Torres for the present today i won the torta box????my entire family were blessed with dinner today everything was on point. We also bought some conchas and they were warm and fresh everything was perfect. Will be back again.
