Volea Grill At Palmas Del Mar - Humacao

We reserved a table on NYE through Open Table and arrived to be told that the restaurant was closed for the holiday. We ended up without a place to eat on vacation on NYE! Very disappointed in the restaurant for not updating their profile and taking and confirming my reservation. Not right

I had a great time at Volea. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy. And it is a pet friendly restaurant, Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic location within the Tennis facility at Palmas Del Mar that's open to the public. The food quality is exceptional. I always look forward to visiting!

The staff appeared to be overwhelmed and managed to get half of the orders wrong. What was most confusing is that this restaurant is listed on OpenTable at all. You essentially need to be a member to dine here, unless you have a special access card. It raises the question: why would a private restaurant be available on OpenTable?
