Nearly $700 for four persons for pizza? Only thing served at New Years Eve sitting at pool area. Big rip-off!

Un overall everything was great. Service and ambient was awesome.

They closed the pool and sent us to the Gala. No DJ neither appetizers. I reserved the activity in the pool area because me and my family do not wanted to be inside a room. Besides me and my family were not dress for a gala. We wanted a relax atmosphere. The music was extremely loud because all they had was rock bands. After the new years they had a salsa group. We ate at a restaurant but they invited us to their buffet that was outside in our way to the pool and it looked disgusting. A lot of people were tripping because there was food on the floor and they didn’t care when I asked them. In 2018 I went to the gala and it was extremely organized because it was a traditional cultural appropriate gala. They’d traditional puertorrican Christmas meal and the music was truly amazing, related to Christmas, excellent acoustic and family oriented bands, NOT ROCK CONCERT. Definitely the planner of this event failed. It is not my fault they did not had the amount of people expected to the pool event and would be nice to honor all customers went with that purpose. It is easy to promote a pool event especially for tourists like us not looking to dress for a “Gala”.
