Mercure Hull Grange Park

The personal is very friendly and welcoming. that was delicious. I can't blame anything that personal asked if everything was in order and they left it. but if they were otherwise or extra, they were always someone round and around. I will be here for the afternoon if not a nice lunch. the food and service is beautiful. many thanks for a great experience

Fair standard menu, but good quality and aromen. service ok if it doesn't make them feel like being addressed as youngs, and do not expect the waiter to open

Although a little sperm, the menu was varied enough to inspire most people. the table service was friendly and polite. the food came immediately and was both warm enough and we separated. I had the sweet chili-pens on sourdough toast that was beautiful. I had the pate and enjoyed it. we both had the beef bourginon. I found the salty, but too much to not eat it. my wife found it overly rich. I really enjoyed the mermaid. the drinks were quickly brought to the table and although the restaurant was quiet, it was not empty so the staff worked hard.

There was two of us and the chicken tikka was ok, but the fish and chips was not very nice at all, the fish was dry and the batter wasn't crispy and the chips were hard and overall the meal was just tasteless. I probably should have said something at the time, especially as it was also very expensive, but it had been a very long day travelling from Reading to Hull, so I was just too tired. However, the service was excellent!
