Papa John's Pizza - Hudson

Everything about the pizza was terrible. It was cold, tasted bad, and the crust was extremely thin, even though I didn't order thin crust.

I called to place a takeout order, but the agent at the call center barely spoke any English and completely messed up my order. When I contacted the store, they said there was nothing they could do about it. I will not be ordering from them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless they get rid of the call center. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. This is not great customer service.

Ordered pizza xl cheese and a buffalo pappadia. Pizza came dough was almost raw it was so under cooked and to top it off not a single slice cut into the pizza. The buffalo pappadia had sausage on it..took 50min to arrive and another 30mins to even speakto the manager

The pizza and deserts are always perfect and this pj's is my fave pizza place around but they are strange about accepting big tips. Actually made comments that made me feel stupid for tipping them. I learn my lessons well and haven't ripped since but nowI worry about what they may be doing to my food ???????????

I found it very disappointing to observe the employees at this restaurant while waiting for my pizza. I noticed a young blond man with tattoos leaning on the pizza press, preoccupied with his phone and touching his mouth before going back to handle food. In another corner, a younger brunette girl and a Spanish guy working at the build station were playfully throwing dough at each other, making quite a mess and then picking it up off the floor before handling food again. The restaurant definitely needs better management to improve the situation.
