Big Fred's Route 66 - Hudson

The restaurant is under new management, but I didn't notice any differences. We went in for the classic diner breakfast experience, but when we arrived at 10:00 AM, we were told breakfast was no longer being served. So we decided to stay for lunch, but it turned out to be the same old offerings. The decor hasn’t changed either; the interior is rather dim, and it could definitely use more lighting. Overall, it was just a letdown.

Fantastic service! The chef is amazing. The homemade chicken tenders and onion rings really take me back to my childhood. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is also very clean!

This place is no joke. The burgers are massive and cooked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. It's a cool little throwback dinner and definitely worth a visit. Get the Patriot burger and thank me later.

Very good and FRESH FOOD...service was great very informative staff. 1lb burger was great tasting and they listen to your request...I will return for breakfast NEXT TIME

What a great place to go to pass the time and have great food. I had a friend in from Vermont and we were just out shopping looking for a place for lunch, and I was so glad I did a U turn to go here. Very impressive, my friend said it was the best Reuben she ever had, and it was packed with perfect sliced corned beef and juicy sauerkraut, I had a wrap that was feta and buffalo chicken that was also really good. The onion rings were like back in the day, big, fluffy and YUMM, add the French fries that were like momma used to make we left stuffed with leftovers for under 30 bucks. Awesome service, our ice tea was never empty and the waitress gave us info about a coming up classic car night. Love this place, hats off to the cook and the waitress.
