Circle S Bbq - Hudson

After long nights at work, feeling tired and hungry, we're all tired of pizza joints and mediocre food. We used to order late for takeout and bring the food home, expecting it to be dry, but it was surprisingly juicy and tender. Encouraged by our first experience, we decided to try it again on another late night. This time, we each ordered a combo plate and shared everything. We absolutely loved it and have found a new favorite spot to spend our money instead of settling for boring pizza!

My parents wanted to try the brisket sandwich and they loved it. Also the pages that came with him. Fried okra and potato salad were great. My brother visited Boston and loved his smoked burger. We won't be back!

Great local BBQ at reasonable prices. I had the pulled pork lunch special and it was a bargain. $5.99 for a sandwich piled to the sky with pulled pork served on a toasted garlic bun. Mac n cheese was tasty too. Make sure you check this place out. I will definitely be back.

When it comes to BBQ, I usually have my favorites, but this place has truly won me over! The pork is cooked to perfection and incredibly tender, and their secret recipe baked beans are among the best I've ever had. The smoked cake practically melts in your mouth. I know I’ll be returning often and bringing friends along. It's definitely worth the trip to Hudson for such an amazing meal. The staff is friendly and very accommodating, which only enhances the experience. And don’t miss out on the fried green tomatoes—you won't regret it!

Wow! This small restaurant exceeded my expectations! The collard greens were spot on, and the pulled pork was tender and juicy. All the BBQ sauces were fantastic! I can't wait to return and try more!
