Greenwich!!! Was the unanimous choice of 8 energetic kids from my Sunday school class who were given permission by their guardians to have lunch in the nearby shopping complex with me and my niece . We told them that we don 't know where it is located and they were all assuring us that they know the mall like the back of their hands, we just have to tell them and they will lead the way ????. Finally we arrived at this shop and they immediately headed to the long narrow table with so much familiarity. Before I can open my mouth, they preempted me by saying they already knew what to order. Teacher is it ok to order meal 1? This is a meal with a piece of chicken, a cup of rice, a portion of spaghetti, a solo size pizza and a soda. Teacher, how about Meal 2? meal 2 on the other hand is baked lasagna, a slice of pizza, a good portion of flavored chips, and a soda. Teacher, I 'm not allowed to drink soda, and on went the do 's and don 'ts. When they finally quieted down, I asked if someone needed upgrade on his drink, it was a grave mistake because it ensued another rowdy consultation. Finally I told them that we 'll just get a pitcher of Iced Tea, if they needed refills. So I went to the counter, gave our orders, and this beautiful young crew, with lovely manners to match, patiently took the changes in the set meals. When all was punched in, she then told me that the wait is 25 minutes, My brain went immediately on alarm mode: 25. Minutes. Sitting. There. With. 8. Hungry. Kids? Fortunately my niece came to the rescue and regaled them all with youth camps and how fun it is to go again this summer. Between us we managed to keep our charges entertained until our orders were served. They loved their orders! Rosh, the happy kid sitting next to me was telling me that the shop has tasty gravy for the chicken and he always asks for extra to mix with his rice. I looked at the boy next to him and he was happily doing the same. They were whispering and surreptitiously looked at me so I asked, and they timidly queried if they can have extra rice : I wanted to order extra chicken too but I was told that it 'll take again another 25 minutes ????????. Never mind. The crew were very accommodating. They kept us supplied with the tasty gravy, our tissue requests, and water too. They served the orders all at the same time, which was a huge relief for me. They smiled warmly as they served the orders to each kid. They nicely packed the pizza left overs of each kid, making them feel important. Thank you so much! No wonder You rated very high on their lists! Except for the waiting time, it was perfect :

Worst GREENWICH BRANCH! We ordered for overload pizza meal as the cashier informed us to be served at roughly 20 mins. 30 mins passed before we took our incomplete order. They served only the lasagna with lacking pizza as we were about to finish our food we still waited another 10 mins for the pizza to be available. But lo and behold they served in their dirty trays. I don’t think you will have appetite after you received the food from here. It was the worst experience. This is our fave go to resto but then we were very frustrated with our experience. Worst kind of service. The cashier mentioned that maximum waiting time was 35 minutes but it took them an hour to give me my order. They only gave it to me when I told them that if I had to wait longer then I might as well cancel. I've noticed that my box of pizza has been sitting in the counter for more than 10 minutes already but the crew just kept on prioritizing the other orders.All of the people who were after my queue number already got their orders except for me. I've been experiencing the same thing over and over again but I had enough. Will never order again. Service: Take out
