I ordered BBQ from a Libby's here in Syracuse. I'd never heard of them, but wanting to try something new and use my 75% off Doordash discount after all, what can I lose? Unfortunately I found out. The pulled pork entre was overcooked, stringy and super dry very hard to chew. The take out tray included baked beans with the pork (both warm) and potato salad (supposed to be cold) but being served in the same container, it was another disappointment. After all, is it really cost prohibitive to package the cold side in a separate container? I believe I'll be leaving my BBQ orders with places that don't serve me old, dry, tough, inedible product.

The server branden was absolutely great .... he was very attentive ????
