Guiseppes Pizzeria - Horseheads

We discovered this restaurant on Yelp while in the area for a college event. With a group of 3 teenagers and 3 adults, we were pleased to find that the pizza was delicious and the service was top-notch.

We recently visited this restaurant for a late lunch. It wasn't very busy when we arrived, but a party started to come in as we waited for our food. There were four of us and we ordered simple dinners. Three of us received our meals, but one person did not. The waitress assured us it would be out shortly. Minutes passed as we all waited to eat together, but the missing plate never arrived. The waitress seemed more focused on the party forming than on our missing order. After several more minutes and numerous passes by our table, we decided to start eating even though one person still did not have their meal. Eventually, I approached the counter to inquire about our order, only to discover they had not even started it. I requested that the order be taken off the bill. By the time the waitress returned to ask if we still wanted the food or not, the other three guests had finished eating. She informed us that the order had never been started and only offered excuses, saying she was not the cook. We were extremely disappointed with the service and will not be returning to this establishment. It is unacceptable for a business to operate in such a dishonest and inefficient manner.

Once again, Giuseppe's is slackin'. Food is delicious as always. But, to avoid the issues of the delivery driver stealing our food, we did pick up and the delivery driver took our food so we had to wait for our order to be completed again. And, the fresh baked bread that they used to make, appears to have changed to a sub roll cut in half. Very disappointing after years of loving this restaurant.

Giuseppe's is a great local place! Food is always good and service was great! We had a party of 16 with some unruly kids and the servers did an awesome job on a very busy night! The remodel of the interior looks great also!

The food was good but the prices were much higher than listed on the menu. When we received our bill, I asked the waitress why our bill was much higher than listed on the menu. She said, Oh we have to print new menus . I thought that was unprofessional ad bad customer service. She should have told us before we ordered or they should have put a note on the menus that they were handing out to customers. We will never go there again. They lied to us and did not do anything to fix their error. I will share this with all of our family and friends and make sure that I tell them not to trust the staff at this restaurant!!!!!
