About a month ago, I decided to stop and try out their food. A couple friends told me that their food was good and I like to support local small businesses. I decided that I would try their wings. I walked in and stated to the woman working the counter that I had never eaten there that I would like to try their wings. I asked her what flavor she recommended? She replied I don 't make recommendations, you 'll just have to look at the flavors we have and make choice. I then asked what flavor was their bestseller? She replied Again, I don 't make recommendations, you 'll just have to look at the flavors and make a choice. My choice should 've been to take her recommendation and go somewhere else. I was shocked to find out later that this woman owned the business. One and done, wings were okay, nothing worth that kind of customer service. Couldn 't even tell me what flavor was their bestseller??

Guy that answers the phone on 4/24. Dont know who he is or why he represents this small business but, he is rude, sounds lazy and unwilling to help with simple requests. As a small business owner myself, he would be gone immediately. Local and will never eat here again. And will tell everyone not to go here. Because of this guy and the way he presents himself.

Great food, great service. Highly recommend the Oxtail. They have a mask requirement, which is always a plus in a pandemic where we're getting 1.4 Million cases in a single day, I'm far too used to restaurants not having any kind of requirement so this is a big part of the reason I keep ordering from here. Hours are extremely forgiving considering the location and their delivery is extremely punctual, I've never had an order late. I'll keep ordering from them as long as I live here.

Sadly the gentleman is the only one who cares about the business. After multiple visits he is outstanding but the woman that runs the place is very mean and not pleasant to deal with. I tried to order over the phone and even going in to place the order, she just made everything unbearable to the point she just gave me my money back and wouldn’t cook the food due to her going out of her way to instigate with me. I tried to see if there was something that may have been misinterpreted but she was very mean and wanted nothing to do with my business. Can NOT go here due to the lack of respect from the woman. Sad because the food is good and we have been previously recommending them to others. We won’t be able to now.

Food was great... got the chicken cutlet sandwich tossed in sweet chili... so good and the fries were fresh also. Corn bread was awesome. Would definitely recommend!
