Captain D's - Horn Lake

I eat here because it's close and fish is the only meat I eat. I often came here because the manager was friendly, the staff was friendly and the food was pretty good for a fast food joint. I've been here a few times since the manager I knew and loved hasn't been there anymore and hasn't had the best quality food or waiting time. I overlooked the occasional problem, but it does not seem to be a recurring issue. This time I waited 25 minutes, and they were not reconciled o received food that some of them sat clear and lost their vocation for sure! I often came here and now I'll think twice before I open my money and my time, which doesn't seem what it should be. I gave him almost 2 stars....

Decided not to wait in the ride through the trail, so went in, thought it would be faster. Jasmine was at the counter, the commands for the counter and the ride thru together with everything else, but cooking! At one point she went to the kitchen to help, because we could hear her back there. Yes, we had to wait longer than we would have liked, but Jasmine never missed a beat and it was clear that she did it almost entirely alone and did it well. Everyone in the lobby was waiting to appreciate how hard she worked and that she did it with grace. There is little doubt that she is not paid what she deserves to do 3 or more people. Jasmine, we have seen you, we appreciate how hard you work and applaud your work ethics. You're a rock star! Oh, and as always the fish was great!

Waiting time was a little slow, but the food was worth it. I was very good and hot when I made it home, the food was still good and hot. Kudos?

The boy who worked the window this evening was rude and wounded me and laughing because he couldn't get my order. He screamed, I told you to hold you and forgive me for coming back to the line and then go back to the window. I told him it was his fault. He pretended to attack someone. I refused to come back and the superior came and took my order. She told him to stop running his mouth. He told her he was? He's ruined and has to be fired.

The food was fresh and hot but the service sucks the young lady did not know how to take my order
