Grand Buffet - Horn Lake

This is a fantastic buffet in the Southaven area. I've been there a dozen times and can confidently say positive things about this place. The food is constantly replenished to ensure freshness, and there's always something for everyone to enjoy. I recommend it for parties and large gatherings, though be aware that a gratuity fee will be automatically added to your bill if you choose to dine in that way. I've noticed that it tends to get quite crowded during most visits. My wish is that they would limit the number of customers in the food area at any given time. As you can see in the pictures, there are a lot of people in the dining area, and many are not wearing masks or practicing social distancing. I understand that the pandemic has slowed down somewhat, but with so many people in one space, I feel that more safety protocols should be in place. The waitstaff can be hit or miss; sometimes you get a great server, and other times, you might encounter one who seems a bit weary. The prices are reasonable for a buffet. The crawfish is my favorite dish when I dine here—it's always fresh and well-seasoned. There have been a few times when the food didn't taste its best, but those instances are outnumbered by the many positive experiences. Overall, this is a great buffet with a family-friendly atmosphere, and I will definitely be returning.

I always enjoy coming here for a quick lunch with my wife. The food is consistently fresh, thanks to the high volume of customers.

This is my second review, and I am more than happy to give it another 5-star rating. I am impressed by the diverse selection of sushi, traditional Asian buffet dishes, and what seems to be a standard offering of Southern cuisine. The restaurant is consistently clean and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I appreciate the good variety of vegan options and seafood available. I always have a wonderful experience during my visits.

The waitress handed me my change and said, "If you don't move, I'm not giving you a tip." That annoyed me, and honestly, the food wasn't that great anyway.

This place is nothing extraordinary. It's not bad, but it's also not great if you're a fan of greasy pizza. The pizza is decent, though! And yes, I do enjoy greasy pizza.
