Verlous's Authentic Southern Cuisine

The manager may have been out to lunch, but the menu and staff were very friendly. The food was amazing! We loved the Louisiana proud red beans and rice with andouille smoked sausage, as well as the country chicken dumplings with a three cheese corn salad. We topped it all off with a delicious apple crisp.

My man I visited in the city (from atlanta) family beaten to stop it because we love a good southern meal. long story short the employee personified genuine customer service that eating was incredibly delicious. I can't wait to come back to the city to try anything. if they didn't try, they're gonna like one this week.

I have never had gizzards as delicious as these before! The menu is small, but not overwhelming, making it easy to choose a meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, enhancing the overall dining experience. We will definitely return to try more of the authentic and fresh Southern cuisine.

I had a great experience trying out this restaurant. It was very clean and the food was fantastic. I will definitely be back. The manager and waitress were very friendly and took the time to go over the menu with us.

Enjoyed lunch there today and I had the Ky fried catfish, Cole slaw, hashtag potatoes and homemade strawberry shortcake. It was DELICIOUS!! The manager and the staff are very friendly.
