Chick-fil-a - Hopkinsville

Many of you might not be aware, but they offer chicken minis. These are tender, juicy nuggets served on a homemade yeast roll. You can order them in packs of 4, 8, 20, or 40. They’re absolutely fantastic!

When I arrived at the drive-thru, it wasn’t busy, but the young woman taking orders was engaged in a lengthy conversation with the young man in front of me. This delay caused several cars to switch to the next lane and place their orders before I was attended to. Once I finally placed my order, the staff member was not very friendly. After I drove around to wait for my sandwiches, I noticed a few other cars in line, and I was informed that it would take a minute for my order to be ready. I waited, and when my order was up, they mistakenly tried to deliver it to the wrong car. After leaving, as I started eating my sandwiches, I found them to be quite tough. They were thoroughly cooked with no pink inside, but they really could have used a few extra seconds in the fryer to achieve a more tender texture. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

This restaurant is consistently a fantastic dining spot, with food that is always fresh and served hot. The customer service is excellent as well!

Came to cfa for my lunch break, I told the person that took my order that I had two rewards one for a fry and the other for a spicy chicken sandwich but asked if I could add on cheese and lettuce and I would pay extra. I was told yes, I also asked for alarge drink and cfa sauce. I ended up having my rewards scanned and paid $4.49 , didn?t think much of us cause I had a largedrink ? add ons to my sandwich. unfortunately I didn?t check my order till I got to work due to having to make it back in time.I received an original chicken sandwich with nothing on it, no sauce, ? a medium drink. On top of that I was charged for myfries when I had a reward for it but still got my points taken away as well. Everything was wrong besides the fries that I stillended up paying for when I had a reward. Kinda disappointed cause I live like 30 mins away and don?t get chick fil a often dueto that.

The employees are always professional and timely. I still have to have my order here. the drive thru can have a long line during the impact times, but I feel as if it is processed quite quickly.
