Mcdonald's - Hopewell

My husband Slipped and fell on their floor near the self order boards. NOT one of the front end employees asked if I was ok or needed help. Restaurant needs to STOP ? using the same MOP and water to clean the kitchen area to clean the dining area. Restaurant needs to place anti-slip rugs down at ALL entrance doors to help prevent falls. Manager (Chris) did show up after he got up off the floor but this attention to the issue was a day late as NONE of the other employee who saw what happened really seemed to care or act to check on him at the time it happened.Summery: employees need better training. Anti-slip rug and all entry doors. Better sanitation procedures when mopping/cleaning floors.Management needs better understanding of ADA 2010 Federal Law.

This place is horrible people can't read when I asked for extra pickle there is no extra pickle and when you order chicken nuggets they don't give you no sauce it's really getting old I do not recommend this store to anybody even the management

Drive thru was rather slow. When I got to the window, I was given my drinks and told to pull forward to wait for my burgers (no special order). When my food was brought, I checked it and the lady said 2 big macs right. I said yes. But only 1 in the bag. She immediately went inside and got the other. She was very nice and apologized. The food was okay. The meat was dry and the burger was put together in a sloppy manner. Bottom line. I love their fries and this will not stop me from going again.Kid-friendliness: Happy meals available. No play equipment available at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Is available

It's McDonalds.... good .... It is clean... there is young man there and he makes it great

Wentbthru drivebthru, ordered a 20pc McNuggets, a large fry a small fry! Got home and had 1 10pc McNugget in the bag! Called the store and told them, shebsaid come back and I'll give you some fresh fries too! Went back, waited about 10 minutes before anyone inside asked me what I needed. Finally a girl asked if she could help me, I explained to her my problem, she went and got a older lady which I had to explain to AGAIN! She asked me who I talked to, I told her I didn't know! She put a 10pc McNugget in the bag and handed it to me! So by the time I got back home I had 20 COLD chicken nuggets, and 2 COLD orders of fries!! A was of $15.34!!! PITIFUL!!!
