Kacha Thai - Hopewell

The ambiance was relaxing, although I arrived after the busy period so there weren't too many people. I ordered the crispy chicken with sweet and sour sauce, and it was beautifully presented. There appeared to be only two staff members working at the time, but they were courteous and attentive to my needs. Service was good. Overall, I had a pleasant dining experience for lunch.

I was unsure about the restaurant's rating, so I decided to give it a chance despite its location in a quiet shopping plaza. I chose to get the Pad See Ew with beef to go. The dish had a nice wok hay flavor that made the noodles delicious. The beef was okay, but it could use more flavor - perhaps a different type of beef or better marination. The service was friendly and inviting. I'm confident that the other dishes would be even more delicious if eaten at the restaurant. Overall, it was the best Thai food I've had in the area. I have visited this restaurant twice now, and we have enjoyed the food each time. While the appetizers are a bit on the smaller side for the price, the entrees are a good portion. The service was good and the restaurant was clean.

This restaurant offers incredible cuisine! The chicken pad Thai is the best I have ever had in my 49 years. The spices were particularly complex and enhanced by a level 4 out of 7 heat, which was quite spicy for this dish. The presentation and texture were excellent. Despite appearing as a simple strip mall restaurant, the staff and chefs are top-notch.
