Papa John's Pizza - Hope Mills

The food was tasty and arrived on time, and the staff was friendly. However, I encountered two issues with my order. I had ordered 5 Papadias, with 3 of them customized to include a different dipping sauce. While all the adjustments were made correctly, only 1 of the Papadias had the requested sauce. Despite the labels on the containers showing the changes, I did not check all of them since only 1 had the correct sauce. Additionally, I was unable to place the order through the restaurant's app. Each time I reached the final step, "Next," it would not go through. I attempted to close and reopen the app, as well as delete and reinstall it, but still could not place the order. I ended up having to call in my order the first time, and the last time I was successful in completing the order on a desktop PC.

A pleasant young man delivered my pizza to my car. Thank you. I hope all employees were as respectful and friendly.

The Papa Johns website can be unreliable at times, but the Hope Mills store never disappoints. The staff and managers are fantastic, and I have been going there for years. I will continue to visit because I love Papa Johns Pizza!
