Taco Bell - Hope Mills

You have to have new management or pay those people better because I have never gone to the Taco bell and until tonight everything was satisfied with my meal. we had ordered a taco party box and chalupas, the party box was really neat that I have never seen in a taco bell, none of the dishes were broken or tasted stale, the chalupas were fresh, which was a first for me, and the trip thru was extremely fast. I'm surprisingly impressed. please compensate her team, they deserve it safely!

Literally waited for almost 30 minutes. They brought out 1 order, asked if we were door dash, we said no and they said ok and handed us the bag. Checked the bag and it was full of chalupas, belonging to the vehicle next to us(I asked). Took it back in, well to the door, and told the girl what we had ordered. When the finally brought what was supposed to be ours, we decided we would have faith because ya can’t ruin it twice right. Wrong, get home and there is only 1 meal in the bag. And it’s not even made right. I’ll be returning in the morning since they didn’t want to answer my phone call.

Very nice service. Friendly even in a time of new staff. I will come back. I'm the one who tips when any service is good and yes I'm a black professional woman. Rarely do I get welcoming service. Well done Taco Bell team

I got off work and really needed some food. Online it says they are open till 4am. I showed up at 3:30am. But when I showed up they told me they were only doing Door Dash orders! I'm really sad. And really wanted a taco. I don't know why you would say open till 4am if your not going to serve everyone who comes through.

They just got the Mexican pizza back, so I’ve been going for the last week; great restaurant for fast food, the only negative review I have is that it's been beyond extremely hot outside; their drive-thru speaker is not broken. I’ve noticed they’ve had these teen employees outside in this heat taking orders on a tablet. The conditions are not like Chick-fil-A, where they have colossal covering with fans that are blowing mist. My observation has been a broken miniature umbrella with cups of water. I’m not the only person who has made this observation, but the management needs to do something about it; it’s inhumane to do that to someone; I would understand if the proper equipment was out there to accommodate the employees, but it can quickly turn into A heat casualty.
