This restaurant generally does a good job of getting your order correct. However, the quality and temperature of the food can be inconsistent. If you encounter a long line, be prepared for a wait that may feel longer than expected. If you can reach the speaker to place your order, consider bypassing Bojangles altogether, as your food is likely to be cold and of lower quality. Also, don’t be fooled into thinking that ordering ahead via the app will save you time; you might end up waiting in the pickup area longer than if you had just stood in line.

The staff was courteous, the lines in the drive-thru were brief, and my order was accurate. The food was delicious!
