Domino's Pizza - Hope Mills

I’m so disappointed with this location. Not only did I order online when they tried to charge me extra for sauce I had to SHOW that I already paid for it.. but they BURNT my pizza. For a new location you’d think they’d have workers who’d care about the reputation . Nope. Pizza black . Workers smelled like they just took a smoke break. I’m not talking about cigarettes!!! Don’t go here . Travel a little more go to the hopemills location smh

I called to converse with the manager on duty; Sunday, Sept. 03, 2023, at about 4:30pm to 5:00pm. It was a good conversation! I told him (Joshua) up front that it wasn't a bad call. I explained that for a long time, their pizzas were very flavorful, with a soft full crust, the crust with a very good balance of the buttery garlic flavor nicely oiled (greasy), but around the start of the summer, the pizzas were dry low in taste quality. Today, as I explained, I was afraid to order and wanted to at least discuss the situation to maybe solve the problem, whether I ordered or didn't order. He offered to make my pizza after understanding my thoughts desires of what their good pizzas have been like. I told him I appreciated his time, his explanation, his input, and his offering to make a good pizza for me. I then told him I would order via the website, also. I GOT AN OUTSTANDINGLY MADE PIZZA!!! EXCELLENT!!!...and, I received on offer for a free two topping pizza in my account...

Awful service, the guy manager is rude,I asked for a corporate number and he tells me we don't have one. The issue of a pizza getting made correctly and delivered but not communicated within there staff left me with one a chessy bread pizza that was suppose to be a pepperoni pizza.

This was my spot since opened. I loved this place. Im done after tonight, placed an order in store, was told it was 45 min, almost like she was dettering orders, I know the difference from preparing a customer,and trying to run business away.Came bach 20 min later pi'zzaa were done.When I picked them up the manager, and several employees ignored me,had to ask delivery guy to see if my order was ready.I kmow its a diffuct time get help , but this manager is no helping you.Wont be back,and iwill spread im my neighbohood.All was gòod but your managerDS
