Eating and service is actually great but too often said shake machine broken

The new burger is awesome. Beats McDonald's and Burger King hands down Lots of flavor..

This is a great restaurant it's always clean, friendly staff, and hot and fresh food, with great flavor and unique choices for fast food establishment. Also fairly priced. It's just a difficult location to get in and out of sometimes. But worth the bit of trouble. Keep up the great work you guys

I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is extremely polite and my order is always right.

Website said happy hour. I wanted three sliders during happy hour. The slider menu was missing and asked the drive through lady what flavors they had. She insisted I look at the top of the menu, I looked and the typo of the menu was blank. The slider sign was gone. She reluctantly quickly listed then off. Much to quickly to understand. I asked her to repeat them a little slower. She was highly agitated by this request. I picked three that I remembered from the past, she rang them up at a price much higher than it should have been for happy hour. I questioned it she was totally rude telling me happy hour was cancelled. Arby's prices are to high without coupons or happy hour. I drove away wondering why someone would be allowed to work customer service with such and nasty attitude.
