Mcdonald's - Hoover

It's McDonald's. Most everyone has been to one. This one is pretty good. Been here a lot in the last 9 years. Sometimes, but not too often, they get your order wrong. Every place will. But they are quick to fix it when you point it out. Also, the ice cream/shake machine is up and running most of the time.

The absolutely best McD's in the entire B'ham Metro area. I've been here for 10 years. Excellent customer service. I appreciate every employee in this place. Thank you for your service to our community.

This is the best McDonald's in town for me! I've been working in the area for two weeks. EvErYtImE I came (with mask on) inside, the staff were greetings, they all seem to enjoy being there. Fries were always hot and fresh. Thanks for the good work!!!

My family ate in and did not expect such amazing service from the manager Barbara (not sure if she was the manager but she sure acts like one). We had great conversation and she treated us like we were at a 5 star restaurant. Totally unexpected. Someone give her the recognition she deserves!
