I chose Mocha Java Café Cus, which she breakfast Burritos and I'm just a big fan of them. So I got a cup of organic coffee and the breakfast Burrito and it was really delicious and fill. I forgot to take the beans because I didn't want to play all day. Lol It was still with the beans delish. It also comes with bananas, so u can feel a little healthy. I'd come back and try the other stuff. Sweet little cafe and the peeps a nice and friendly.
A rare jewel in town. It is too often that healthy food in Hawaii means overpriced, tiny portions of food, which really is not all these spirit bags for how much you eat for them. Mocha Java is an exception. Your food is healthy, tasty, better than reasonable price, and your portion sizes actually fill you! Your house dressing is sooo good. I tried to get the prescription forever, but they have no idea. Your special board always changes and usually has at least one special breakfast (serves all day, by the way!, lunch and dinner. Sometimes they have acai or espresso drink specialties, and every day they have a choice of two homemade soups. Try the chicken hatch when they have it. Everyone is super friendly--also the chefs will say hello how they make your food right in front of you! The servers and baristas are so nice and personal, and it does not hurt to have people who work easily on the eyes; It feels good to eat somewhere that leaves your stomach full, your taste buds happy and that does not empty your wallet. I recommend their big breakfast (the chicken sausage is delicious and I could eat the Mac nuts of French toast every day, the crepes (banana cream my Fav, the meerrot Greek chicken salad (Favorite menu item! and the tofu scramble with fresh vegetables and pesto. There's really something for every taste, whether you're vegan, lactose intolerant, vegetarian, carnivore, omnivore...they're pretty much matching all kinds.
Great food!!!. I love this place! High quality ingredients and really good, nutritious food at reasonable prices. They make real acai shells and use good ingredients and toppings unlike many other places. My favorite is the Mocha Java shell -yum! Now that they are biodegradable, I'm more stuffed. Try the Greek Seared Chicken Salad - it Rocks! This place even has brown rice and local organic greens....insane!
Hidden in this cafe by chance and what a happy accident it was! What a wide selection of food, food, desserts and coffee! General portions and fulfillment of the soul! Definitely recommend for everyone! twice during my stay in Honolulu! Not to mention big people!
This place is pretty old, but still attracts a lot of customers and it doesn't get very loud here. They have plenty of tables which are usually used by college students. I only come here for their Peanut Butter Milkshake. It's the best I've had because the flavor is very bold. From the food that I've ordered here, I wasn't disappointed. The only downside is that it's a little dirty.
