Starbucks - Hollywood

I absolutely love Diets Coffee! This was my first visit to Pembroke Pines, and I was really impressed. The staff is fantastic and everything is organized so well. It's clear that everyone works together effectively. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received my order—there was no wait at all! I will definitely be returning. Everything was prepared exactly as I requested.

I had the best service I've ever experienced at this restaurant. The supervisor, Shaina, truly understands customer service. I accidentally went to the wrong location to pick up my order, and she was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. Since I took a while to get there, my drink wasn't fresh anymore, and she even offered to remake it for me. She greeted me warmly when I arrived as well. Overall, my experience today was fantastic! We need more people like her in the industry!
