Preston's At Loews Hollywood

It was fantastic! I didn't expect it to have such a hotel lounge vibe, but the food service was excellent.

In and out for a quick lunch with a child! Wait staff were terrific!

We had a reservation for a group of 12 at 1 PM, but when we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty. Our group was running late, and at 1:30, we were informed that the kitchen would close at 2 PM. It would have been helpful to know that right when we arrived. The salad dressings were disappointing, and one sandwich was served without its main ingredient. The person who ordered it only realized this at the end of their meal, and when they mentioned it to the server, she offered some turkey slices, but by then the sandwich was mostly eaten. Additionally, the prices were quite high for the quality of the food, with a regular cup of coffee costing $6 and a glass of soda $5. On a positive note, both our server and the busboy were very friendly and made us feel welcome, even though we kept them past closing time.

There were only 2 other people in the restaurant. No one finished their food because it was so bad (no tast, no creativity). We were out if the restaurant within 40 minutes with the $50 check an empty stomach.

Is very difficult to evaluate they were under construction.
