Panera Bread - Hollywood

As a member of their drinks club, I usually only consider ice cream coffee or lemonade. Two times I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a flatbread. Both times I have preordered in the app, online. Both times the food was ready when they said it was ready and the food was exactly prepared. Staff at the front are always polite and pleasant. The lobby was always clean. I even went in with a nursing dog at once and had no problem. I really like this place.

Eating always fresh and staff are always helpful and friendly. The only annoying thing is that they are constantly running out of knives and empty coffee refills.

Sheridan Store very nice and clean. We spend 5 hours talking to my friends and enjoying food. Great place to meet. Food was very good and cold teas tasty mixed. After that I come back to buy dinner for my children and they love half the sandwich and soup with a delicious bear foot dessert... also we tried the cookies ..

We was very disappointed about Panera, food today. We changed the order with a different one because we realized that sandwich looking very good in the picture bacon egg brioche. We asked to change the bread brioche with asiago begel. But we don't received what we expected. At the first the cashier understand wrong what to cancell on our order. The chasier was cancelling the coffee in stead to cheange what we request to change. After many confusions we received something what no one will eat I will attach the picture. The Manager on red t-shirt was with attitude and not polite at all. He was sayng if we pay for one more egg the sandwich wil look alot better. I give back the sandwich otever was cooling that, to them to enjoy their work.
