Dunkin' - Holbrook

I shall say I have never been to a more rude Dunkin I’m life. I asked for water and did not receive thall six waters. I went to the Dunkin down street from my residence and they gave my waters for free I walked back into this Dunkin and one very rude worker yelled at me saying I do not own the store and I shall keep it down. I felt endangered and the way he glanced at me made my depression go all the way up therefore I shall give this horror house a .01 rating. I shall be taking my business elseware. I am also making a complaint about the employees because of their working attitude one worker with a luivitton mask yelled at me and made feel endangerd. I am done goodridden to this facility.

4/22/23 The most polite gentleman was on headset and making sandwiches today at about 3:00 PM. Excellent service! Made my day! (Holbrook S. Franklin Street)

I asked for two frozen coffees medium and they gave me small I said it was medium. the employee just transferred the small cup to the medium cup and did not put the flavor I had asked for. it got really bad. I always buy coffee from this store during the week, but on Sunday I'll have to buy it elsewhere because they only have teenagers and they are not concerned about ordering it right. I was very dissatisfied. Service: Take out
