I went to this place twice and both nights their suppe of the day was vegan, with the waiter expressly mentions that it is vegan when they announced the option. we had a herbal pure suppe that was delicious and also very full.
I visited Adventure Hotel Hof as part of a two-day Arctic Adventures tour to the south coast of Iceland. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to inquire about their food options. They informed me that the only choices on the menu were a soup starter and a baked apple dessert. Although I had hoped they could accommodate a main course, that option was not available. The rest of my group enjoyed generous main courses, but I found the vegetable soup to be delicious and filling. Since I had brought my own food (a salad from Junkyard in Reykjavík), I did not try the baked apple dessert. The breakfast buffet offered soy milk, which was a nice touch. I was able to put together a small picnic of items that seemed safe for me to eat. The hotel itself was beautiful and the soup was excellent. Adding a vegan main course option would have made my experience even better!
The nut steak is served in a generous portion and is very satisfying. I visited this restaurant twice and both times the soup of the day was vegan. The waiter made sure to mention that it was vegan when offering the option. We tried the vegetable puree soup, which was not only tasty but also quite filling.

I had contacted the hotel in advance to inquire about their food options and was informed that they offered a soup starter and baked apple dessert. Although I was hoping for a main course, that was not available. The vegetable soup was delicious and filling, but I did not try the baked apple as I had already eaten elsewhere. Breakfast was served buffet-style with the option of soy milk. The hotel was stunning and the soup was excellent, but having a vegan main course would have greatly improved my experience.
