Restau­rant Manyara - Hodenhagen

This restaurant is only a cheeky for guests! first it is not a restaurant, but a kantine for mass production. a large space without separation. it's incredibly loud. everywhere is a blue spot and a pale. there are no 5 minutes in which cutlery or crooked do not fall on the floor and crawl. You almost have to scream to talk. second, the “final buffet” is heated to tk and eimer. all in a steam quality. of the three main courts, after an hour of opening, there was already a court. to my demand I was cut off from the “Koch” that he should have cooked 16 leaves and now nothing comes. the restaurant was still open two hours. shortly afterwards the hordes of the construction workers came and after that there was no main court. price per person ca. 22 €, drinks cost extra. Thirdly, world maps of colonial time are used as a space separator. West Africa is called negroland (negerland). these are double in the whole room. in a restaurant for families! at a “recognized extracurricular learning place”.

Conclusion: The food is solid, the choice keeps limits and it is also just expensive for a leisure park. We were at the buffet for breakfast and dinner. In the evening there were some salads, 5 different main dishes and a few nightishes. No drinks are included in the price. The food was not bad now, but also not intoxicating. The roasts were top, for example, but I would like to say that they buy a lot as a convenience product. Breakfast looks similar solid. There is enough choice to not complain, but also nothing to really be positive. So my rating fluctuates between 2-3 stars, but since it is only coffee and armored for breakfast(? Juice (the O juice was ne Capri sun without taste?! in 0.1 glasses gives... That's better.

In the restaurant manyara we stayed during our 4 days stay at ende august daily breakfast (included in the overnight price) we have been early uplifting and therefore almost every day right after the opening time from 07:00 clock there and we were never the only guests. the buffet was almost the same every day, but made a very good impression every time visually. on the first morning, the signs were not yet present, but were then put down. another morning the tangs for broth and buns were missing. the young woman of the service apologised this and put it immediately. the selection of the food was extensive. in some hotel you have a smaller choice. we have become tired and tired every day. I liked the touch. the coffee from the coffee machine was not my taste. the juice was a diluted concentrate. the offer of sausage and cheese was complete. there were also pancakes and, of course, also cut sweet. milk and tee were also ready for self-service. bread and rolls were in order. the personal was always friendly. perhaps the obst offer could be extended or more varied. there was nothing to complain about in the buffet area. has disturbed a little the same “sounding” daily. yes, also advertising is important.
