Contribuiți la feedbackThis used to be a good Starbucks really sad to see it go down hill. I worked at Starbucks for 5 years and this might be the worst store I?ve ever been in. Waited over 20 min for one tall chestnut praline. Told the employee on register my order 3 times (it?s not even a complicated one) assumed everything was right since I made sure just to wait 10 min for them to make the wrong order after it was wrung up incorrectly. Told the employee at register that it was wrong and had to wait another 10 min to get my drink remade AFTER I asked where it was in line another employee said he didn?t see it. Would honestly give 0 stars but shoutout to the one barista who knew what they were doing I wish I would?ve seen your name but white striped long sleeves kid thank you for trying!!
Xavier is a great manager and is very hospitable. I come to this location to work and it remains my favorite place to get things done. The service is great and the seating is plenty. I would recommend this location to anyone.
If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. My Saturday morning was ruined as I waited 45 minutes for just a cup of cream with a splash of iced coffee. The staff were rude and seemed to take their frustrations out on the customers. I would rate this experience a 0 out of 5.
The location is fantastic, and I managed to get some work done while I was there. However, as a former partner, I have some feedback: this location could benefit from product and drink training, rather than just customer service training. I purchased a 'Been There' series mug, and the barista seemed unsure of how to take it out of the box. After some struggle, he managed to get it out but couldn’t put it back properly. Honestly, it was quite amusing! The gentleman who took my drink order also didn’t repeat it back correctly. I ordered a grande vanilla oat milk latte, and he just stared at me before saying, "So, a 16 oz latte with vanilla?" This kind of mix-up wouldn’t fly in Seattle! I apologize for being that person who nitpicks, but I’m a big fan of Starbucks and really want all locations and partners to thrive.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the staff was unfriendly. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino, but it didn’t taste or look like one at all—it was just milk and crushed ice. On my latest visit, while waiting for my order, I noticed flies around the displayed food. They also frequently seem to be out of food items or various add-ins.
