Pilsener Haus Biergarten - Hoboken

We had a reservation for 7 PM and arrived at 7:05 PM. However, when we got there, we were not allowed to enter the restaurant. As a result, we had to change our plans since the restaurant wouldn’t accommodate us.

The restaurant wasn't open, but they asked me to confirm my reservation. I arrived on time, but no one was there. I'm not sure if the issue lies with OpenTable or the restaurant itself.

The food was enjoyable, and there was a great selection of beer. However, the noise level was overwhelming, making it difficult for us to hold a conversation. We ended up leaving because we couldn’t hear each other speak. Additionally, the waitress had a strong accent that made her difficult to understand. It would be helpful if the staff informed guests about the band arriving later when seating them, especially for older patrons who might prefer a quieter environment.

The food was good. the beer was also diverse and beautiful. the noise level was away from the charts. we had to go because we couldn't talk. the waitress was also a little hard to understand. when they sit you, they should ask if it is important for you to sit in front of a band that arrives an hour later. or maybe if older people come, they should know something better.
