Hungry Like The Wolf - Hoboken

The trendy pizza restaurant in Hoboken provides a wide range of vegan pizza options. They feature Violife cheese, which is one of the best vegan cheeses available, along with Impossible meat. I especially love their vegan vodka pizza. This restaurant is quite popular, so be prepared for a crowd— it was fully booked when I visited on Thursday.

I understand that making vegan pizza can be challenging, but this particular pizza fell short in terms of substance. I tried the jackfruit BBQ vodka sauce pizzas, and both were quite disappointing. It felt like I was eating a spiced frozen pizza. Considering the price of $16 each, I expected much better.

I was staying in Newark on a work trip and I was craving vegan pizza. I was going to try another location but they were sold out of vegan cheese so I tried Hungry Like a Wolf, the vegan buffalo cauliflower pizza and it was amazing! Highly recommend to anyone in the area! Food was ready upon arrival, no wait time

I didn’t think this bar would have so many options for vegans!! 95 percent of the menu was vegan!!! I was so happy that I did stop!

I love their simple pizza, the buffalo cauliflower is good, but very dense and heavy, making it a bit soggy. their brownies are delicious and definitiw it is worth. will also try their other options!
