Little India - Hobart

Wow, simțeau într-adevăr ca indienii și nu aveau idee unde ar trebui să plec. A văzut meniul și a crezut 10 $ o curry? Cum poate fi asta?? Ei bine, se pare că ai primit cu adevărat ceea ce plătiți, ieftin și rău curry Sat de săptămâna trecută, probabil, în fereastră. Cred că am nevoie de un canal rădăcină după mușcarea în Municipal Crispy Naan. Deci, dacă căutați India în Hobart sau la locul de-a lungul străzii, deoarece părea aceeași fată din spatele tejghelei.

We should have been turned off by the look of the place from the street but we had read a Trip Advisor review which encouraged one to go in and try as it was much better than it looked.The service was not good and the food was even worse. We told the lady we would eat-in but she served our curries in plastic takeaway containers. The food was barely warm which is rather dangerous from a health perspective when it is held at such a low heat for an extended period it breeds bad bacteria. Both the Curried Mango Chicken and Vegetable Korma Curry were very small serves and a sorry excuse for curries, served with 80% rice.We will not be going there again. "1" rating is too much!

Great Indian food. Tender Lamb Korma the only thing I was'n't so keen on repeating was eating the Naan bread that came from the Bay Marie and wasn't so tasty and was bit dry

Went twice for lunch this week because I'm working nearby. First got a small pumpkin masala and samosa. Samoso was tiny and was 10 bucks all up. Doesn't seem much but the small was SMALL. Gave them a second try yesterday and got a regular. This was 9.50 and was 80% rice, and pretty free of flavour. Naan was reasonable price, size and flavour-wise. The service varies

Loved the goat curry with cheese and garlic naan. Always my favourite. But must say the price it's cheap for much of the stuff on the menu. Would have been better if they reduced the price a bit.
