Had the best meal today, great venue and friendly staff, highly recommend

Stayed here last night, room was very comfortable, everything i needed. While i didn't eat here the food looked amazing and i was somewhat disappointed I'd opted for something else but coming back to the bar after tea i walked in and Ben greeted me by name and introduced me to the locals who also welcomed me into the fold like i was a regular also. Great pub, top atmosphere.

Friendly helpful staff, comfy benchs at some table's. The food was delicious with huge servings. The roast lamb had 5 or 6 vegs with roast potatoes and more. My Chicken Parma was huge. Cooked to perfection with some crisy bacon and lashings of cheese. Even the house Merlot was above expectation. Well done guys.

We had the most amazing Mother's Day lunch here yesterday. Steak cooked to perfection, most amazing mushroom sauce ever, and the house made pav well, what can I say?? Deeeelicious!!!!!!!!!! Great place, wonderful service, lovely friendly staff. Thanks Bec and Ben for the wonderful lunch experience. xx We'll be regulars for sure.

Just had a great lunch at the Syntax. Went with the seafood four different types of fish and all cooked beautifully. One of those lunches where it could easily go wrong as there were prawns, scallops, calamari and trevally. Generous serving as well. Congrats to the chef.
