Contribuiți la feedbackI asked the employee to surprise me with a drink that has coconut milk, they gave me a black coffee. It was White guy around 06:40am 03/17/2024. I want my tip back, how could you put in so little effort that you just put black coffee in. I guess I was surprised by the lack of effort.
My iced brown sugar oatmilk espresso was not flavorful like it would be when I order it from other locations. Rather watery. I don’t know why I keep coming, considering I’m serious about my coffee and my drinks aren’t very tasty when I go to this location. The barista at the window handed me my drinks and didn’t say have a good day or anything. I attempted to ask for a straw but she walked away and took the next order. I thought maybe she didn’t hear me but of course she heard me because after she took the next order, she rolled her eyes and brought a straw to the window. She basically just made me wait like I was bothering her. My mom and daughter were in the car like ummm okay. I was like wow that was rude so I called and let a manager know what happened and that I didn’t appreciate it. He sounded very blah and like I was wasting his time. Like okay whatever. Nasty drinks and terrible customer service. Will never spend my money here again. I will go to the Starbucks in Target in the same plaza instead!
I ordered on the app and my order went to this location since the last location. I thought I updated the location. The actual location I was at wouldn't accept the order and I had to order again with them. I called this locarion to let them know what happened and asked if I could get a refund. They told me to bring the receipt proving I paid for the other order. I got there later that day and someone (maybe manager) said that isn't true and they can't give me a refund because how would they know I didn't pick up the order. I showed the receipt where I ordered 10 minutes later at a location over an hour to prove I wasn't in Hiram at the time. Then he said how would they know that the other location didn't give me the order. Sir, I just showed you the receipt where I had to place the order again. And he could have easily called the other location. After telling him how wrong that was, I just walked away and left because I was beyond mad!!! I have NO reason to lie about $11.88.
Great place for a good coffee. Very friendly and professional service/staff. My hubby thinks it's a little pricy by to me its well worth it.
EASILY one of the slowest Starbucks (or drive-thrus period for that matter) I 've ever been to. I 've been visiting this location pretty consistently for several months, primarily through drive-thru mobile orders, but some in-store orders as well. Drive-thru is always a consistent 30-45 minute wait, when service is light I 'm lucky to get a 10-15 minute wait. 90% of people in the drive-thru order 2 or less drinks yet it 's still an absurdly long wait. You 'd genuinely think they only have one person working at all times.Staff are generally nice, but it 's obvious their method of receiving mobile orders is either flawed or straight up not working half the time. I 've had quite a few times where I 've told them I have a mobile order and it takes several minutes for them to go find it only to come back and tell me they 're still working on it. Sometimes when I order two drinks I 'll finally get to the window and they 'll only hand me one drink, then I 'll have to clarify I had two in my order (which leads to a longer wait as they scramble to get the second drink). Nobody seems to be on the same page at this location and patrons pay the price.When I 've tried to circumvent the drive-thru wait in the past I 've entered the store after placing my mobile order only to wait 10-15 minutes longer than the expected wait time the app tells me. The store is regularly packed with 5-7 other people waiting for their orders, all crammed at the entranceway (it 's already not a very large location to begin with).Like I said staff is nice for the most part and there are even a few staff members I 've become a regular to, but I cannot justify the 30-45 minute wait time for a singular drink that would take me a fraction of the time to get at other Starbucks locations. I 'm not sure if this particular location is understaffed, poorly managed, or something between, but my patience has unfortunately ran out after months and months of the same-old. I definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere.
